Do you charge per claim, per user, or per asset?

No. One annual platform fee. Unlimited claims, repairs, and team members. We never want a meter standing between a technician and filing.

Can we pay by purchase order?

Yes. Enterprise onboarding is procurement-native: annual invoice against your PO, and organization verification handled by our operators — no card, no domain gymnastics required.

What does onboarding look like?

Registering assets is as simple as filing: nameplate photos by email. For new construction, we register fleets at commissioning handoff. Most teams file their first real claim the same day.
