This policy explains how Claimari collects, uses, shares, and protects information. Claimari is operated by Tavri Inc.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Claimari is a warranty and repair claims platform for high-value industrial and utility equipment, operated by Tavri Inc., a corporation organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@tavri.com.
Claimari serves organizations ("Customers") and the individuals who use the Services on their behalf ("Users"). For most information Users submit to operate warranty and claims workflows, the Customer organization is the controller of that information and Claimari acts as processor on the Customer's behalf. For information collected to run and improve the Services, Claimari acts as controller.
We use information to provide and maintain the Services, register equipment, extract nameplate details, file and track warranty and repair claims, authenticate Users, secure accounts, send transactional communications, process subscriptions, provide support, troubleshoot, improve the Services, produce de-identified aggregated industry insights, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
To read equipment details from nameplate photographs, Claimari may send the image to an external extraction provider. We do not attach your name, email, organization identity, or account identifiers to the extraction request. Before nameplate images are sent, we strip embedded metadata including GPS/location, camera information, and timestamps so the provider receives only the visible image content.
Where Users reply to claim-related emails, the text of that reply may be processed to identify details needed to complete a claim.
Claimari may incorporate equipment reliability information, such as failure types, timing, and outcomes, into an aggregated, de-identified industry registry. The registry is designed to remove organization and user identifiers and to show reliability patterns across manufacturers and equipment, not any Customer's identity, claim correspondence, or account details.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information with trusted service providers that help operate the Services, including providers for automated extraction, transactional email, payment processing, and hosting. Current subprocessors are listed on the Subprocessors page.
To file and manage claims, we transmit claim information you direct us to send to the relevant manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, enforce our terms, or support a business transfer.
Claimari is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms for international transfers.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Account and organization data is retained for the life of the account and a reasonable period afterward. Equipment, claim, and record data is retained for as long as the Customer maintains it in the Services and as needed for warranty, audit, legal, or operational purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
You can access and update account information in the Services and contact info@tavri.com for help. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. Where Claimari acts as processor, we may direct your request to the relevant Customer or assist them in responding.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, email verification, scoped access, and metadata stripping of images before external processing. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information appropriate to its sensitivity.
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
Privacy questions can be sent to info@tavri.com or through the Claimari contact form.
