Each subprocessor processes only the information needed to perform its function, under contractual data-protection obligations. For questions or to request notice of changes, contact info@tavri.com.
| Subprocessor | Function | Data Processed | Processing Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anthropic, PBC | Automated extraction of equipment details from nameplate images and interpretation of claim-related text | Nameplate images with metadata stripped and no organization or user identity attached; claim-reply text | United States |
| Zoho Corporation (ZeptoMail) | Transactional email delivery | Recipient email address, email subject and content, delivery metadata | Provider region used for transactional email delivery |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment and subscription processing | Billing contact, payment method details processed by Stripe, subscription and transaction data | United States and other regions used by Stripe |
| DigitalOcean, LLC | Application hosting, compute, and database infrastructure | Customer Content and account data hosted in the service | DigitalOcean hosting region used by Claimari |
Before nameplate images are sent for extraction, Claimari strips embedded metadata including GPS/location, camera information, and timestamps, and does not attach organization or user identity to the request.
Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Claimari retains only limited billing metadata, such as card brand, last four digits, and subscription status.
As our hosting provider, DigitalOcean infrastructure stores and transmits Customer Content and account data. Access is restricted and data is encrypted in transit.
To file and manage warranty and repair claims, Claimari transmits claim information at the Customer's direction to relevant equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers. These recipients are not Claimari subprocessors; they receive claim information because the Customer is filing a claim with them.
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Services evolve. Where required by an applicable Customer agreement or data processing addendum, we will provide notice of new subprocessors as set out in that agreement.
Questions about subprocessors can be sent to info@tavri.com or through the Claimari contact form.
